everywhere in May

I finally got my reading mojo back a little this month and I managed to read a decent amount of books considering, which is good. I am still behind on my reading challenges but I’m not too fussed about it however I did manage to tick another book off my RWDC challenge and I’m hoping to play catch up on the prompts I have missed over the course of the year. I also announced my TBR for the 20 books of summer challenge which I always enjoy taking part in and I also got to enjoy these wonderful books…

The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida | Shehan Karunatilaka

An engaging story that is serious, humorous and magical, I loved its creativity and concept.

Straight Expectations | Calum McSwiggan

A lot of fun, a little romantic drama and lots of fantastic friendships, pure joy.

If Tomorrow Doesn’t Come | Jen St. Jude

This book is amazing, heart-breaking, hopeful and an emotional journey and it needs to be read.

Now She Is Witch | Kirsty Logan

Entrancing journey of two women in a historical style fantasy, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I also hosted a cover reveal for The Lost Heir by Jane Cable.

Coming Up…

I am so looking forward to my summer reading, I have some good ones on the list.
