everywhere in October

Isn’t it funny when one part of your life gets busy it seems to spill over into other parts too…so I have actually had a little bit extra activity here in my little space which is good. I also seem to have been able to formulate some words in the right order to share my thoughts on what I have been reading which feels nice. I managed 5 books this month which is a remarkable improvement…

He Said/She Said | Erin Kelly

A slow to start thriller that builds to an exquisite uncomfortable atmosphere that had me hooked.

Moon Touched | Elizabeth Briggs

An easy going supernatural romance with a zodiac twist.

Kill Joy | Holly Jackson

A quick and easy jump back into the series to reconnect with characters in a fun setting.

A Fire in the Sky | Sophie Jordan

Not sure how I felt about this one I enjoyed parts but some bits didn’t work for me.

Emily Wildeโ€™s Encyclopaedia ofย Faeries | Heather Fawcett

A magical adventure in a remote setting with some very endearing characters.

This month marks the start of the BBNYA spotlight tours and I featured a few including All In, Daughter of theย Beast, Disenchanted, Inked, Killer Bodies, and Masqueradeย Fall.

Coming up…

These are my hopefuls for the month ahead but we’ll see what happens as I have a lot going on.
