John Morey is the author of Card Snake, a Gaslamp fantasy novel as well as the Lucy December urban fantasy series. He is a former professional editor, an amateur historian, and photographer. Born in Pennsylvania and raised on a steady diet of monsters, he now lives in the Bay Area, where there are even bigger monsters. It’s pretty much always about the monsters.
