Sometimes I bubble under the surface, just waiting.
Sometimes I cannot be contained, and erupt with no warning.
Clenched fists and tight jaws, brows pulled down and together.
Adrenaline making you shake.
Raised voices and words that are spoken out of turn to inflict damage.
Clearing the air or destroying wonderful things.

This was written for Sacha Black‘s writespiration challenge, to write no more or no less than 52 words with the prompt given. This week’s prompt was…
Write your 52 words describing just one emotion, BUT you’re not allowed to use the name of the emotion or tell me what it is. I want to guess.
Any guesses?
